Playgroup ( “Buzy Buddies” ® 18 months – 2.5 years old)
Nursery 1 & 2 (2.5 – 4 years old)
Kindergarten 1 & 2 (5 – 6 years old)
At San Lorenzo Preschool, the importance of early years learning is well understood. Its commonly believed that 80 per cent of a child’s brain development happens by the age of five. Right + Left programs are designed to activate and facilitate this coordinated thinking. Courses are specifically design to ensure that children get the best opportunities to build cognitive, social and physical skills. This program aims to support the existing school curriculum by providing a life skills program that would encourage the students to take an innovative approach to prescribes syllabus.
Individual lesson plans are drawn up for each child weekly and specially designed syllabus will be provided for children aged 5 and 6 years old, along with the integration of Primary One Bridging Programme. This arrangement will prepare our children to confidently enter formal school in Primary School (Chinese, Kebangsaan or International Schools).

"MonteTots" SAN LORENZO PARENT-TODDLER CLASS / RIGHT + LEFT BRAIN PROGRAMMES (1.5 - 2.5 years old)
Learn together with your child in our conducive Montessori classroom! MonteTots is a most exciting class for exploring toddlers and offers a great stepping stone to the daily nursery lessons. During the 1-hour lesson, you and your child will be able to participate in Montessori exercises, music & movement activities, art & craft activities, physical play exercises and many more fun-filled activities to enhance both sides of the brain and stimulate your child’s all round development.

SAN LORENZO PHONICS & READING (3 - 9 years old)
The Young Writers’ Club teaches kindergarten and Primary children to learn how to craft a piece of story and to pick up new vocabularies. Children are encouraged to express their ideas creatively on a wide variety of topics. Exercises include basic recognition of sentences, construction of sentences, punctuation, paragraphing, story development, using descriptive words and poetry.

SAN LORENZO MATHEMATICS CLASS (3 - 9 years old)
San Lorenzo Preschool’s Mathematics class helps children to pick up mathematical concepts in a concrete and orderly manner. Using specially designed Montessori maths materials, children are introduced to simple concepts like number recognition to complex operators such as addition, multiplication, subtraction, division, fractions and time. Through hands-on activities, children are encouraged to develop in-depth understanding of concepts and to cultivate an intrinsic motivation for learning mathematics.

CREATIVE WRITING - "Young Writers' Club" (5-9 years old)
San Lorenzo Preschool’s Phonics & Reading classes give children a solid foundation to good reading and pronunciation. With Montessori language materials and a good selection of quality reading materials, these lessons ensure an effective mastery of phonics.
